Hello, Do you have to use the bags from Zwilling or do others also fit? My mother-in-law had ordered some but from another manufacturer. I don't want to damage my pump.

No problem, you can use all bags that have a valve. The Zwilling pump switches off automatically and cannot break. The pump is even protected against sucking up liquids.
