Question about Xiaomi Mi Mop Pro

Hello, I have the problem that I can't get my vacuum cleaner onto the network. The app always shows me a timeout on the 3rd step. I have also set my router to 2.4 Ghz only, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I also had problems getting the robot hoover connected to wifi. My new router could not connect to it. It finally worked with an older WiFi router. My guess is that the robot hoover only supports older WiFi standards. What is certain is that it only works with 2.4 Ghz.
