I've just received my G10 plus but it vibrates a lot more than the G9s we have. This is due to the brush shaking a lot. Is this a fault or just a technique to vacuum better? In any case, it's not very pleasant. Thanks for your help

I don't have a G9, but the brush is also louder than the vacuum cleaner itself.

Hello, I sent it back under warranty and the new one doesn't vibrate at all, so it really was a fault. Thank you Galaxus for the speed of the replacement.
