How is the bread size of 500, 750 or 1000 g to be understood? For example, can you put in a ready-made baking mix of 750 g and set it to 1000 g and the result is a 1000 g loaf? Or can you really fill in a ready-made baking mix of 1 kg? (It seems to me that the container is too small for this or that the rising of the dough would exceed the finished bread of 1 kg).

I haven't tried ready-made mixtures yet. You can use the normal oven for that....
The numbers 500, 750 and 1000 indicate the theoretical finished bread size. More or less ingredients are added. A recipe book is enclosed.
Note: All the numbers are rather fine-tuned.
