How long does it take for the water to reach 100°C? Is the current temperature displayed at the end of the boiling process? One review states that there is no automatic switch-off, "water just keeps boiling", is this the case? Thank you very much.

No...the cooker switches off automatically. And an{ LED flashes.
Depending on the filling quantity, it takes 1-3 minutes. It takes 3 minutes when completely full.
