How wide will the dough sheets be? I would like to turn them into ravioli later and don't know which ravioli mould would be suitable.
The manufacturer guarantees a paste thickness of 6 mm for the width of a lasagne plate. I am satisfied with the results. It is important not to use soap and water when cleaning!
