I am a little disappointed with the suction function, it remains very wet. The transparent cap is not ideal in my opinion. It blocks the suction of the water. I have to hold the attachment upwards for the water to go down the hose. Is there an alternative spray/suction attachment that works better?

I have had the device for some time, but I have never had these problems, works perfectly, maybe contact Galaxus directly if it would still be a warranty case I suspect there is something wrong with their device.
