I can no longer start the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now I can no longer send the email address for the code request. I always get the error message: URLSessionTask failed with error: The certificate for this server is invalid. A connection may be established with a server that specifies, "eurapp.roidmi.com" and is putting confidential data at risk. Can anyone help? Thanks for your help

Same problem for the last few days, impossible to connect the Roidmi app to the robot. Sending an email to receive the connection code is impossible (error message: sending failed). The https://www.roidmi.com website is no longer working either!

Hello everyone,
I have just got my robot running. I bought a new battery last year. After that it works again. This year just a fortnight ago it had no more function. Offline online nothing works. After a long search on the Internet and help from ChatGPT, I was able to find out that the Roidmi company no longer supports the vacuum robot app in general. Xiaomi has taken over. So just try the whole thing again in the Xiaomi Home App. You can simply add the robot there. One more thing: you have to switch off the 5 GHz on your WiFi router and connect the robot to the router via 2.4 GHz. Then it works again. It will then only communicate via 2.4 GHz. This is normal with such devices. So have fun trying it out.

Can confirm the error with the Roidmi app. I didn't use mine for quite a while due to the conversion and then checked it.

After several attempts to reconnect the devices, this still failed.

They are now working again, but I use the Xiaomi app for this. Simply add the devices manually as a robot hoover and select the Roidmi Eve model. Reset the Wi-Fi with the centre and right buttons on the vacuum cleaner. Both devices are now recognised and working again.

I am reassured to hear that I am not the only one with this problem. The battery was flat after 4 years, so I put in a new one. As I couldn't connect the robot, I reset it and reloaded the app. I have the same problem as you. I hope they solve the problem soon. In the meantime I will test the Xiaomi Home app to see if it works
