I get a message in the Roborock app about cancelling the terms of use and cannot use the robot. Support can't really help either. Does anyone here know anything? Thank you
A ticket with Roborock Support has helped me. The device does not seem to be approved for the CH region.
This has never happened to me. Have you tried reinstalling the app or resetting the account and or logging in again? Update the operating system? This usually helps and solves the problem. Reading forums can also sometimes help. Please let us know what the status is. Good luck.
