I have a problem: The hoover is jamming. It reports the error message "Collision sensor stuck". I can't find anything stuck and there's nothing about it in the instruction manual. What should I do now?

Both have now been in operation for >2 years. Never had any problems. Switch off the device completely. The sensor may then go away.
