I like the product, but the Swiss adapter you sent with the parcel does not match the EU Plug of the toaster, so it's stuck half way on that plug, impossible to remove, and now I have no choice but to change the plug myself which would lead to a loss of waranty, or ship it back which is total nonsense in many aspects. So my question is, why don't you send matching adapters in the first place?
