Question about La Vague Sous Vide Stick Precision Cooker
I received the appliance today and wanted to put it into operation. The on/off button (touch) does not work. After trying it 20 times it suddenly worked, then 20 times until I could turn it off. The other touch button (temperature/time) works. Do you know the problem or is the part defective? Then I can just send it back again... Very annoying (the package was not damaged).
If the temperature timer button works, make sure you set the temperature with the wheel. Then click the button and set the timer. Once this is done, press the play button ... If you do not hear the motor, it is defective and you should return it.
