I would like to buy a Dreame V12 Pro. But I don't see any spare parts in your shop, e.g. battery or hepa filter. Do you not offer these? Which ones are compatible?

Battery is not replaceable. Therefore no replacement. The appliance would have to be completely dismantled. Hepa filter can be used from the normal V12. However, it still looks like new after more than a year. I haven't even washed it yet. The V12pro is highly recommended. Hard to get though.
