I'm at a loss... In the app I get the message: "this device only supports WLAN with 2.4 GHz". "The name of the WLAN only supports alphanumeric characters. What do I have to do now?

Your WLAN router can transmit the signal on 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. You must activate the 2.4 GHz network in the router settings or name it so that you can explicitly select it. And the name of the network may only contain letters and numbers.
