This kind of food preparation seems to come from there, so I don't know what problem certain people have with the naming of it? So for me it is still true. If certain people don't seem to have any problems other than questioning the names of "old" foods or ways of preparing them, there are probably no more acute or current problems for them and they seem otherwise happy. Good for them.
