Is the 300 watt enough for solid dough? I have noticed that Kitchen Aid food processors generally have much lower power compared to Kenwood and co. I know that the pure rated power of the motor says nothing about torque, but 300 watts seems extremely weak. My hand mixer has more power.

Hello, I bought the Kitchen Aid a while ago to be able to knead heavy bread doughs. I am very happy with the performance and the results. The breads turn out very well because it kneads consistently well.
