Is the 300W power enough for 1 kg of bread dough? Competitor machines have a power of up to 1200, but mostly 1000 watts.

Hi, I think so. I made a butter plait with 1 kg of flour today. The machine did it without any problems. It jerks a bit more than with 1/2 kg but I didn't notice any restriction in the performance.
