The cutlery is made from Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, a chrome-nickel alloy that is rustproof and durable. It therefore contains nickel, which provides corrosion protection in the alloy. This set is therefore not completely nickel-free cutlery. However, Cromargan is kind to the skin and is often used for cutlery that is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
