Question about Ascaso Dream Pid
Is the deviation of the effective brewing temperature from the PID reading measured for the specific product before shipment and disclosed to the buyer? If so, how is it measured? This would be very important for me to know. Many thanks!

Otherwise, the temperature can be adjusted.
It is also important to pimp the machine with precision sieves, e.g. IMS Baristapro (single sieve), IMS Barista Competion (double sieve), IMS Competition precision shower sieve.
Measure yourself if you are personally interested:
Grind espresso correctly,
if too bitter; less hot
if too sour; hotter
if still not good;
use better beans!
