The V11 Torque Drive floor brush is not officially compatible with the V12 Detect Slim. The V7-V11 accessories are interchangeable, but the V12 uses a newer design. Dyson experts confirm that older accessories often do not fit with newer models as the connections change.

If you are unsure, I recommend using the supplied V12 floor brush or asking the manufacturer directly for compatibility lists. The V12 series has an optimised floor brush with anti-hair wrap function that has been specially developed for this model.
