However, this does not apply to all Solis vacuum foils, so be sure to choose the appropriately marked foils when purchasing additional foils. Caution: In my experience, the food must never be too wet (e.g. from marinades, oil or meat juices), as the vacuum pump sucks in the liquids, which then get into the sealing seam during sealing and lead to a leaky seal. If you want to vacuum seal purees, liquids, powders or similar, this appliance is therefore not suitable.
