Is the pot also suitable for fondue? What is the difference to https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/le-creuset-signature-28cm-braeterschmortopf-gusseisen-pfanne-5816618?supplier=406802 apart from the price and the fact that it is prettier? Mercii

I haven't tried fondue yet, but I could imagine that the base is too thin and the fondue would burn on the table. The difference to the Le Creuset is really only the brand, price and appearance, as you have already noticed. It is also a little smaller. On the other hand, this one offers the option of accelerating condensation with water in the lid. I am very satisfied with this casserole, and if it doesn't have to be a Le Creuset, I would recommend it to anyone. Price-performance ratio is top, and with Le Creuset you definitely pay for the name.
