Is the product also suitable for larger pieces of meat and correspondingly larger water bath volumes? e.g. 10 L for 2-3 kg roast beef

this works without any problems, it just takes correspondingly longer until the appropriate temperature is reached.
We had a very good experience and had at least 10L of water for our Chateaubriand :-)
