Is there a carpet brush and a floor brush, or does the brush do both? I have an old Miel Cats and Dogs, are the brushes compatible? Is it the same diameter hose?

I bought this vacuum cleaner, there were 3 different brushes... it's great!
But I don't know if they are compatible with the Miel Cats and Dogs... One of the brushes has a "rotating brush" system that rotates with the suction, which is pretty cool.
