My Braava Jet m6 has only been coming out of the charging station sporadically for a few days. My Braava Jet m6 has only been coming out of the charging station sporadically for a few days. The wheels simply spin. If I press down a little on the back, it drives away normally. Is there a way to solve the problem? It doesn't happen every time.

I had the same problem and the wheels as well as the robot were replaced several times by iRobot. It seems to be a design flaw. I fixed it as follows: just put a few layers of painter's tape (yellow tape that is easy to remove) in the wheel wells so that they are no longer so deep. The best way is to have more in one hollow than in the other. As soon as one of the wheels (the one in the trough, with more tape) moves out of the trough, the whole robot comes out. I haven't had any problems since. In short, just make the trough less deep with tape and make it easier for the robot to get out.

I had a similar problem but it just stopped while mopping with the wheels spinning. I ordered replacement wheels through iRobot support. However, these were different from the originals and only worked a little better. The robot has been in the basement since then as it is useless. Putting some weight on the robot helps, but it must not cover the camera.
