My kettle turns on and off 3 times (heats up a bit each time) before it beeps. Is this normal? (Without heating function) Thank you for a possible answer.

So far, my kettle works perfectly, heats up until the set temperature is reached and beeps three times. Then it switches off. Maybe you have set the kettle to "maintain temperature". The instructions for use will probably help.
