Now I'm a bit confused because this pan says braising pan, while the others say roaster/braising pot. Is this a difference or does this black and matt pan have the same properties as the others? In terms of price, this one is also cheaper at CHF 131 than, for example, the grey one at CHF 191 (also 24 cm in diameter).

Hello. All the same. I don't know why the prices vary so much for the different colours. But I can fully recommend the pot. It's great for cooking and can always be cleaned without any problems. It's just quite heavy, you have to be aware of that.
