Our machine has a problem with descaling. Can no longer cancel it only the white cup goes (rinse). After pressing the rinse (tea) button, everything flashes and instead of returning to the operating mode, the machine remains in the tea, rinse mode. According to the instructions, you can press the OK button for 10 seconds to cancel. Does not work for us 🤷

I had the same problem, but if you let the cycle finish completely, it's all good afterwards. The cycle lasts a really long time (at least 2 hours if I'm not mistaken).
Unfortunately I can't get any further, only the teacup comes up, actually you can cancel the cycle. I have already pressed the tea cup until the water was empty, but unfortunately it gets stuck. I'll have to contact customer service, otherwise the machine won't work.
