Regardless of the safety... I have seen that there are now also matching glass bottles from Sodapop. We still have a Sodastream Chrystal and some glass bottles. Do the glass bottles from the Sodastream Chrystal fit this model here?

NO.
The SodaStream Crystal has glass bottles, but swallows them during filling in a locked metal safety container.
In addition, the glass bottles do not fit mechanically into the open filler. Whether it's Aarke or SodaStream.
I would have preferred to use the more stylish Crystal glass bottles, but they don't fit.
Anyway, the Aarke bottles with stainless steel bottoms are as pretty as safety allows.
We wouldn't want to switch from this appliance to the clunky SodaStream again.

I bought the mysodapop joy prestige glass bottles and the thread is the same. But the screw-in length of the mysodaapp is too short. And without a tight screw connection, the CO2 is not dissolved in the water. You could possibly put sealing rings underneath...
I use the Soda Stream bottles from Pet. The large 1 litre and the small 0.5 litre both work. The lid is the same and you can try that first. There are different caps on the soda bottles and so they are probably not all the same. Greetings
