The composition of the non-stick coating is not specified. How do I know if it contains PFAS?

According to the manufacturer, it is a ceramic coating that is resistant up to 400°C. This is a very good indicator that it is not a PFAS-based non-stick coating, as this is stable up to max. 250°C / 260°C.
Ceramic non-stick coating (CeraProtect). Good non-stick properties with little fat. Heat resistant up to 400°C,

If you are allowed to heat the pan to 400 degrees, then you are on the safe side that it does not contain PFAS.
