The device cannot be connected to a 5G Wifi... As a result, it also does not connect to the mobile phone via the APP.... but unfortunately I only have 5G that... is there a solution here or did I pay so much for a hand operated hoover...? ??

As far as I know, there is no robot hoover that can connect via the 5GHz WLAN. Important to know: 5G is for the phones, they can also use 4G. WLAN 5GHz and 2.4 GHz the phones can of course also, but that would be for WLAN. The set-up works via the 2.4 GHz WLAN, which is also provided by a normal router with WLAN, for example. The phones can all use both 2.4 GHz and most also 5GHz WLAN, but this has nothing to do with the 5G network, which is only important for the data connection to the phone provider.
