The second suction level does not work for me. Apparently you have to press the power button again briefly when the hoover is running? It works in a video on YouTube. Not on my model. Maybe it only works when the battery is fully charged?

It was the same for me. Until I found out that this is the EU version of the Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Cleaner Mini. For whatever reason, this version only has 1 stage. I therefore returned the item and ordered the China version elsewhere. This has 2 stages.
