The unit cannot be connected to WiFi with all the tricks why ? 20 cm distance to the router Device fully charged Router set to 2.4 GhZ only Network and pw without special sign All other devices on the network switched off Latest software and hardware version Restart router, iPhone and device Etc.

There is probably a defect. The WiFi connection with the app was quite simple for me.
