This product only comes with an EU and UK socket adaptor, but not a Swiss one.... An adapter for CH socket from Digitec would be a nice idea... When I got my hoover but can't use it yet!

Same situation here. Arrived today, but no way to plug in the device properly. I have registered a warranty case (DOA). And now it says I have to send the device in because of this? Is anyone still looking at this or is Galaxus now waiting until the device is back? Wouldn't it be easier and more customer-friendly if Galaxus simply supplied the missing cable? e.g. Roline Notebook power cable Switzerland T12 to C5 - from 10 pcs. (1.80m, connection cable)
