Vacuum cleaner suddenly stopped in the middle of vacuuming. Nothing worked after that. We can neither update, nor reset, nor switch on. The trigger was probably the update Does anyone have a solution?

The battery may simply be flat. First charge for 1 hour in the charging station, then try switching on or resetting.
