we just got this new kettle and are a bit irritated by its boiling behaviour: at the beginning it makes a boiling noise, then it doesn't for a while and then suddenly it starts again. then it beeps - and the water has the desired temperature. but it takes much longer than with our siemens predecessor. and the boiling progress is somehow incomprehensible because of the "pause"... is it the same for you or did we get a monday model?
