What are the differences between the speedPro and speedPro Max? Is the Max worth the extra money?

I've found that the main differences between the Max version and non-Max are:
- a 360° nozzle for the Max version versus the 180° for the non-Max
- 3 suction levels for the Max, instead of 2
- a little bigger dust bag
- better battery life
These are the major differences. Whether it's worth the extra money or not it's debatable. Personally I think 150 CHF for these extra feature are a little too much, but it's not outrageous.
