I only own item # 13457440 but I can tell two differences: 1. Mine has to be plugged in for operation, while the one you mention is battery operated, so cordless. 2. The scope of delivery for the one you mention includes spare items (rolls, holder,...?), which mine did not have. Hope this helps

This offer here is for the JetClean 3in1 squeegee incl. 2 spare rolls and accessory holder. The other offer is only the squeegee. At the moment, however, we can get the set very cheaply, hence the confusing price difference.
