What's the difference between this model (Gelateria Pro Touch 8502) which has an entirely digital control panel and it's predecessor model the Solis Gelateria Pro 850 which also had some knobs/buttons? What's changed?

The difference is also the capacity and the control panel. Here it is 1.5 l ice cream and 1.8 l yogurt, the previous model is 1.0 l.
