When I drive forwards it dries and backwards it releases water, can this be changed? I want water when I drive forwards and a dry floor when I pull it back towards me. Or is mine set up incorrectly?

No, it's not a problem with the settings, but I think it's a problem with this model (h12). I've taken it to the service centre 3 times now and they've "repaired" it, only for it to start up again after a few days.
