NO recycling is done ; there are only COLLECTING and EXPORTING the Household and Industrial- Waste. Most of the used Clothing, Electronic waste , waste Batteries, Tires, Plastics (mostly) are EXPORTED. These regimes export all THEIR Waste to poor countries in Europe (Eastern Europe), Africa or America or even Asia. The Waste management in Europe (and elsewhere) is mostly criminal and subventions from some Rich Governments to their EXPORT Waste to poor Countries !
