Which are the appropriate bobbins? Where can I get special accessories, especially the darning foot?

I am a sewing beginner and have just shortened or altered about 50 shirts and trousers.
Bobbin thread --> I once bought a cheap set from Tchibo. They were made of plastic and they worked.
Special accessories? I haven't needed them so far.
