Which chantilly gas cartridge should I use? At the moment I have ISI cartridges that measure 18mm in diameter and 65mm in length and they don't fit.

The easiest way is to buy the matching cartridges for the cream blower.
I.e. if you have a Hedi blower, I would recommend the Hedi cartridges
