Why does the 1.3-litre version cost (significantly) more than the 1.6-litre version?

The descriptions of the two versions are quite chaotic everywhere.
Personally, I can imagine that the price difference is due to the fact that the 1.3 L version is double-walled, which does not seem to be the case with the other one.
