Why does the price fluctuate back and forth like that? Is it already equipped with wiping cloths or do you have to buy them separately?

Mine came with 2 wipes. It should be noted that this version is stuck with the totally outdated firmware .17 and no update is in sight. All attempts to get the update from the Chinaserver have so far been unsuccessful. Price fluctuations possibly because the device was on Kickstarter and different entry prices exist.
