The foam inserts for the Antares helmet consist of two different sets:

• Set B is designed to adjust the helmet to the head circumference. An insert at the back is removable to create space for a ponytail or to tuck hair up inside the helmet. It is not included with the purchase of an Antares helmet.
• Set A is used to adjust the depth of the helmet at the crown and front. Both foam sizes are included with the purchase of an Antares helmet.

This Set B foam is essential for wearing your Antares helmet. The thickness of your foam depends on your head circumference and the size of the helmet shell. Please refer to the size guide, the fitting video, or contact us if needed.

• Thickness 4: For helmets in sizes 56S, 59M, or 61L.
• Thickness 8: For helmets in sizes 55S, 58M, or 60L.
• Thickness 12: For helmets in sizes 54S, 57M, or 59L.
• Thickness 16: For helmets in sizes 53S, 56M, or 58L.

The shell:

• Shell S is suitable for foam sizes 53 to 56.
• Shell M is suitable for foam sizes 56-59.
• Shell L is suitable for foam sizes 58-61.

Can be hand washed in lukewarm water or machine washed. Do not tumble dry. OEKO-TEX® certified. Made in Italy.
