The AustriAlpin Ferrata.Bloc can be combined as a "third arm" with any via ferrata set. Uphill it runs loosely on the wire rope, in case of a fall on the vertical rope it blocks in place. In this way, the brake arm prevents wide falls until the next intermediate belay. The marking "this side up" shows the user at all times whether the brake arm is correctly attached to the wire rope. The Ferrata.Bloc does not replace a via ferrata set! The operating instructions must be followed without fail! must not be used without a via ferrata set. - Details: - Length incl.
