The Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Metro IQ is versatile and requires little space. Thanks to the telescopic frame, it can be easily and comfortably set up and transported. The 8-wheel carriage configuration ensures a seamlessly smooth ride. With the removable 2-position shoulder rests, you can adjust the distance to either a normal or wide spacing depending on your body type. The padded 4-position footbar can be inserted or removed in 2 pre-drilled positions at the foot end. The SoftTouch ropes allow for quick and quiet adjustments to the reformer. The spring resistance system offers up to 46 resistance levels. The reformer can be used on any surface, but it should ideally be flat. Rubber or carpet flooring is particularly suitable, as it provides stability and prevents slipping during workouts.
