This foot part has been designed to optimize the Impulse carbon fin and enable a smoother movement of the carbon fiber blade. The short guiding rails allow for full utilization of the blade's design, which permits a wave-like S-motion. However, the foot part also fits perfectly with the Impulse plastic fin, making it even lighter and more efficient, just like the Sprint fin. It is made from two materials and features the self-regulating system already known from the Gara Modular. Assembly is done using the same system, with two screws and plastic plates. The innovation lies in the fact that the tips of the guiding rails are overmolded with a third, highly reactive material in the form of two clips. This new clamp allows for easier and more secure assembly. If it is necessary to change a blade, a slight twist at the tips is enough to release the holding clips and free the blade.
