Thanks to its 360-degree design, the freestanding bag can be rotated and struck from various angles. The Everlast Powercore freestanding boxing/kick bag perfectly combines speed and precision training with movement and footwork. With its height-adjustable feature, the bag can be set to the right size for each practitioner. The flexible collar of the bag distributes the impact force over as large an area as possible. The fillable ballast weight at the base can be filled with water or sand.
